Information and quotations
Published introductory fees and service budgets are proposals. Scope, availability, schedule, software requirements, applicable taxes and final payable amount are confirmed in writing before acceptance and payment.
Enrollment and payment
Preparing or sending an enquiry does not complete a purchase or guarantee a seat. No online payment checkout is active. Enrollment follows batch confirmation, acceptance of the written terms and payment acknowledgement.
Learning and certificates
Attendance and assessment requirements are specified for each course. IMBEST completion certificates are distinct from vendor certificates. Vendor exam fees and software licences are excluded unless explicitly included. No employment, exam success or commercial outcome is guaranteed.
Engineering projects
Deliverables, review cycles, assumptions, confidentiality, ownership and acceptance are agreed in the project quotation or agreement. Illustrative visuals and project briefs are not evidence of completed client work.
